Case Management Services

Because vision loss affects so many facets of a person's life, The Lighthouse offers case management services to assist blind and visually impaired individuals in meeting personal goals that reach beyond daily living skills. Our licensed Social Worker is available to help clients connect with community resources and learn self-advocacy. Assistance is also provided in managing personal issues that are related to vision loss to include problems with housing, transportation, mental health, public benefits, and finances.
